We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arok and would strongly recommend it. Our room was large, well maintained and comfortable. The hotel is very convenient for the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful and we really liked the ambience. Nice to have a welcome drink and free coffee on tap. Ten to fifteen minute walk to centre.

Staff good, room in annexe was nice, but in terms of minor issues - there were odours from the drains in the morning and you need to keep the bathroom door closed to avoid noise from other room flushing. The Hotel Arok couldn't have been more ideally located in Strasbourg - steps away from the train station, right in the heart of everything, a short walking distance from Petit France. The rooms were small, but clean, had plenty of amenities and a nice bathroom and shower. We appreciated the safe in the closet for our valuables. We did not take advantage of the breakfast provided but preferred to have breakfast at one of the local boulangeries close by. The staff were for the most part, friendly and helpful. We liked the artwork and the modern decor of the hotel. We would highly recommend the Hotel Arok for a business trip or a vacation stay. I will also review this hotel on my travel blog - A Lady Well Travelled. Thank you!

Touring stop in Strasbourg, FR

Nice hotel facing the Main Train Station in Strasbourg. Walked to most of the major sights and friendly restaurants are in abundance. 2nd floor Room was comfortable and quiet. Not a fan of wall-less shower and handheld shower head, but that was my only negative. Large tv was happily unexpected and was able to connect to my Netflix easily. Will stay here again in the future.

Long weekend getaway

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived early but they held our bags and off we went. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice. Also enjoyed the terrace with some food we brought back one evening. Location was convenient near several parking garages, the train station, and easy walk to the sights we wanted to see downtown. We would stay again when visiting the area.
