It was pretty good! Made it really hard to get information because texts back didn’t always make sense. We asked for a trash bag and never got it. The check in process was really weird and our request wasn’t honored. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful! Decor was really cool and the hotel was clean.

As soon as I checked in the lady tried to tell me the room I paid and booked through hotels.com was not available and I had to upgrade to a suite for more money. Also i didn’t have an option of the 49.95 fee for guest benefits package. I received a email notifying me that i received a gift card for $25 for restaurant.com to use during my stay or in the future i was not notified of it during my check in so I text the help number and they lady sent me an already redeemed code. The king deluxe is small nothing spectacular about it no refrigerator’s. Love the convenience of stuff being within walking distance but overall there was no ice machine just a cooler with chunks of melting ice, no bags or buckets for transporting back to your room. Definitely not worth what you pay to stay one night very overrated!

Super happy with the design and comfortability of the establishment. Staff was super helpful and responsive. Very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here during the trip. No complaints if I had any recommendations from a consumer standpoint maybe partnering up with the garage for a small discount or potential fixed rate for people who stay at the establishment.
