- The appartment is too far from varenna (you have to walk 30mn on the cliff to reach varenna which is dangerous) and the transport is not really available there, so we had to take taxis (this costed us around 30Euros per day and limited our flexibility as taxis are really rare especially at night) , if you want to visit varenna pay more and prefer an appartment in varenna than perledo
- we didn't see the host, he wasn't there in the check-in nor in the check-out... we left cleaning fees on the table and messaged him many times, he didn't even respond to our messages
- Bathroom was not clean... (for 30Euros of cleaning fees I don't understand....)
- The bed is not even basically confortable, there was no amenities not even a coffee machine
- The appartment is 0% soundproof, we could hear everything outside even the sound of neighbors' taps :o (ps: the neighbors were so noisy too you could hear them singing at 2am or loudly slaming doors at 7am), we couldn't sleep
