Have stayed here numerous times and it’s an experience every time! Great staff, great atmosphere, try different rooms, explore the property, enjoy the restaurant and order everything. No need to leave the premises. Spa services also a great experience it’s a fair and great place to stay that offer great value!

I loved it from the moment I walked in. The cutest hospitality touches like a hand written note welcoming me in. You won’t find this kind of hospitality at any chain hotels. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The food from the restaurant was very delicious. I loved how quiet it was during our weekday stay. It was clean and just absolute perfection. I will definitely be staying here again. 10/10 recommend for your stay.

We celebrated our 20 wedding anniversary here and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly...front desk, bellman, and all the waitresses at the pool. They greeted us with complimentary sparkling rose and gave us late check out. The best experience in such a beautiful place!

Hidden gem near Palm Springs

The pool is clean and cool that let me forget the heat of the desert area. The restaurant they have gave me a wonderful dining experience as well. The free bottle of sparkling wine they gave me as the VIP access benefit was great as well! If you are looking for a place to enjoy your day in the property, you should check this place out, and you will not regret!

My experience at the Sands was hands down the best experience I’ve had in Palm Springs. I stayed during the week so my experience was peaceful and the environment was calm and exactly what I wanted for a little getaway. The room was beautiful, looked and felt very very clean, and I felt very safe staying here. Lastly but certainly not least, the amazing staff were so kind, friendly, and made me feel right at home in every space. Truly a perfect experience!

Lost its luster or i went on the wrong days. Extremely disappointed and I regret spending my hard earned money here. martyn bullard would be shook. the pool upholstery is stained and the black/white cabanas are demolished or in construction. my room was not clean etc. finding hairs on the bar in fridge.

One of the most amazing stays I have ever had! The service was impeccable and the designer touches really elevated my stay. The room was beautiful and the spacious patio and bathroom were relaxing. The pool area had a great vibe with attentive servers and cold water and sunscreen. The am coffee at the pool is wonderful.

The hotel is a perfect layout for pool, restaurant and room. It has a sophisticated charm and all the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We also used the spa facilities and this also had a wonderful welcoming charm. We loved the Moroccan vibe and made the hotel feel even more luxurious! We will definitely return for another stay.
