We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Roami Hotel's "Cozy Suites," and the experience was truly five-star from start to finish. We booked an upscale two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft apartment, and the unit was nothing short of impressive. Our local visiting family were absolutely blown away by the space, confirming its high quality and authentic New Orleans charm. The apartment itself felt less like a temporary rental and more like a minimalist, stylish home. The bright, open-plan space with its thoughtful, minimalist decor provided us with the perfect canvas to truly relax and feel at home. But the real standout was the amazing kitchen. Being able to bring back fresh goodies from the French Quarter and the nearby Art and Business Districts to cook in a fully equipped, high-end kitchen was an incredible luxury that elevated our entire trip. Location is everything in New Orleans, and Roami’s position is ideal. We were perfectly situated—close enough to easily walk to the best dining and shopping in the French Quarter and the vibrant CBD, yet just far enough to ensure a peaceful night's sleep away from the constant noise of Bourbon Street. An added, critical bonus was the proximity to the Cruise Port; being just minutes away gave us precious extra time to relax and savor our stay before embarking on our cruise. I love this place very clean spacious and close to everything walking distance. This time there was a big dog in one of the units that was barking a lot and was very hard to sleep but texted the office managers and they looked and not the issue right away as dogs are not allowed.

Great property, very well maintained and spacious apartments. Had all of the amentiies we needed as well as a beautiful corridor to spend time and grill. Prime location as well, close enough to the FQ but far enough to not deal w/the noise and traffic. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Roami. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to Canal Street, shopping, restaurants etc. Our room was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. The only downside is our room was next to the street where the streetcar went by making it a bit noisy. If staying again I’d ask for a room on opposite side of hotel.

Excellent location and perfect for a group. We needed an accommodation for four adults and the 3 bed/3bath apt worked perfectly for us. It was very clean on arrival and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and the closets were stocked with extra bedding and towels. The furnishings were modern and we even had a small terrace off of the primary bedroom. We will be back on our next stay in NOLA.

Felt at home and loved the vibe.

Loved having the lounge. We used that since it was raining out and our flight was well after check-out. Place was beautiful and comfortable. Loved the extra pillows and blankets. Our unit needed a bit of maintenance. Dishwasher was crap, water filter on fridge was due and there were struggles with the upstairs shower. Dirty linens left outside our room first full night.

Room was super nice, and very clean. Love the outside lounge there is. Kind of sucks you have to pay to park in whatever parking lot you can get to, and same for parking on the street. One thing I would recommend is that the couches and rugs get washed regularly. I had to dry some water off the couch that I spilt and the paper towel had some color to it. But all in all, the place is great and would definitely book again.

I have stayed at this property over several times. Typically my experience has always been good except on this occasion. At my arrival, I notified the property that I wanted to check in, they verified with house keeping that the room was ready, but it was an two hours before 4pm, they tried to charge me an additional amount. When I needed to refrigerate my medicine. The call center the property outsource was very insensitive. Secondly, when entering the room, I notice some repairs that was needed to be completed. Mostly cosmetics but definitely wasn’t up to par as prior stays. Third, I notified the property that there were no small towels, no accommodations were made. They just suggested for me to go to the lounge area and get some towels off the shelf, which there was only two small towels available. I requested more, but was not serviced. The bed was very comfortable and overall the best part is that the room was very clean. There is a miss in appropriate service after hours at this property and a lack of communication between housekeeping and on call(virtual front desk). The other miss is that they don’t take in consideration how frequent an individual stays.

We enjoyed our stay at Roami Factors Row. The rooms were nice, clean, and bright. I was disappointed that there was no option for recycling (guests must bag and dispose of our trash in the garbage chute). The supplies were limited, and our host was slow to respond (took 2 days to get washcloths). Aside from those small issues, the property was in a good location, and was a good value for the price. I would stay here again.

Myself and three other ladies traveled from Philly to visit New Orleans and loved our stay at this Roami location. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in perfect distance from all of the hottest places to visit. I truly enjoyed my experience and stay at Roami. This location was the best, near the fun, but not right in the loud noise of the fun.

Good location, less than 15 minutes walk to main attractions. Suppose to be a non smoking facility but definitely smelled like smoke. Clean enough but could be better. Calm location but can get noisy outside building. Place does not provide parking. Paid around $45 for 24 hours but you take a chance on losing your spot if you move your car. It wasn’t a busy weekend so we didn’t have any trouble with leaving and coming back to our spot. Recommend this place & will return.

1st off I was given an upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom at no additional price. The space was incredible, spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed, hot shower with so many amenities. I felt like I hit the jackpot. Great price also. I would not hesitate to book here again and will recommend to my friends.

This was a great place to stay! It was easy to get to most places. Check in and out were a breeze. We had the 2-story 2-bedroom and it allowed for privacy. It was clean and well organized. I would definitely stay again.
