Amazing ryokan and onsen

We had to arrive super late due to multiple travel issues, but they were still incredibly nice and accommodating despite that. The ryokan was gorgeous and the onsen was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed feeding the koi in the morning. Would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay and enjoy the mountains. Our whole group left happy.

由於甲府市往笛吹市路面擠塞，所以比預設到達時間遲了，到達時已經是18:40，服務員顯得不耐煩，還要我們18:45開始晚餐，當時我們連入住的程序還未完成，5分鐘之後就要食晚餐，相當不合理，而且職員沒有解釋預約私人風呂後，原來要到前檯再取鎖匙，反而保安員更有耐性指導客人！房間陳舊，浴室部分設在室外，有古怪的氣味，還好我在初秋入住，冬天的時候真的不知道怎樣洗澡！

建物について ・ほこりが多々あり、ゴキブリが最後に見かけたのが残念でした。 ・エレベーターがなく階段なので荷物が多いと大変です。 ・階段含め手すりがありませんので足元が不安定でした。 部屋について ・部屋のお手洗いのトイレットペーパーが15cm程垂れていたので掃除をしているのかな？っと思いました。 少し匂いも臭かったです。 ・部屋のお風呂が旧式なので事前に写真で載せて欲しかったです。 ・少し埃っぽい匂いがしました。 食事 ・美味しくて量が多かったので満足です。 ・朝ごはんでご飯のお代わりをされる方が多く、スタッフの方が動き回っていて落ち着かなかったので、最初にご飯の量を聞いてから盛った方がよろしいかと思いました。 接客やサービスについて ・スタッフの方によります。 全体的にはあまり愛想が良いわけではなかったです。 ・ワインの試飲が次の日も同様に空でできなかったので常時補充されるといいと思います。

今回　初めての利用です。 スタンダードのお部屋を予約しましたが、外壁工事の足場が窓から見えると言うことで　部屋風呂付きのお部屋にアップグレードして頂きました。 部屋風呂は温泉♨️がひかれていて　とても快適に過ごせました。 スタッフもとても感じが良く　日曜日の花火　お庭のライトアップなどなど　おもてなしの工夫が至る所にあり　とても居心地のよい旅館です！ 是非また泊まりたいと思っています。
