Really great spot if you don’t want or need to stay in the centre of Paris. Virtually all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are small - but no smaller than usual for Paris and it’s worth booking one with a terrace/balcony. Special praise for O’Neil in the bar who was fantastic,

GREAT HOTEL. So so happy we stayed here. The staff is soo friendly and helpful all hours of the day and night. Unlimited water was a nice surprise- they’ll give you a big glass bottle to bring to your room and refill your own bottles! The lobby itself is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. Super trendy hotel with cute aesthetics. Metro is super close and walkable. All different metro lines are accessible from the hotel which makes traveling into Paris super easy. We actually came for a concert at Stade de France which was only 3 stops away! This hotel is a little outside of main Paris tourist area which is nice because it’s cheaper and easy to navigate. Pretty quiet outside and not crowded at all. No fridge, tv, or air conditioning in the room but I believe that’s expected for Europe. We came beginning of August and although it was warm at times, the no a/c was fine as the hotel itself would still be cold at night. I rate this hotel 100/10

I think it’s a good place to stay for one to 3 nights. The room we stayed in with three people was quite small but designed in such a way that you didn’t step on each other’s toes and could move okay. Be aware that if you check into three bed room that this means one double bed and a tatami on the floor. Breakfast is good quality, not too many variety though. What I really didn’t like was that the restaurant was closed during main season. I mean it’s fair if they want to give people a break, but then make sure the kitchen runs with a different staff anyway. They also closed down the central yard and the rooftop, that diminishes your experience. But I would go back for another stay if I ever will go back to Paris. Please keep in mind that this hotel is quite far from the city centre and it takes quite long to get there with the subway. If you’re not up to that then definitely choose a more central location for your stay.

Very small not many extras, but the room is very clean and cozy. If you’re doing sightseeing and not staying in your room much this is the ultimate place to be 5 to 10 minutes. Walk through a park to get to the subway works out great.

Wish I had an opportunity to stay longer, great food, staff and rooms. Only issue I had was that my shower door did not properly close and you could tell there was water damage due to this. Otherwise great amenities, comfort and safe location for someone traveling solo.

The whole concept is interesting, innovative and sustainable. The rooms are neat and clean, while the personnel is nice and the food incredible. Unfortunately, the walls/doors are too thin - the noise of parties in the patio/terrace and discussions in the halls is quite perceptible in the rooms. Not all the streets surrounding the hotel felt safe.

Everything was great, the amenities are fantastic, spacious amazing designed rooms, cleaning staff was quite rude to us, we came to our room twice in the day to find our room half cleaned and when we were resting in our unfinished cleaned room they came in all upset and almost kicking us out.

The place was nice and quiet. It was not near any major attractions but it was only 10 min walk from metro station. The only problem i faced was the reception. The reception is actually inside and the gates closed at night and early morning so had issues figuring how to find entrance as we checked in early in the morning. Exceptional customer service but not the most ideal hotel for our stay for a family of four(a baby and toddler). We received a crib for the baby and extra bedding for the toddler but would have preferred separate rooms. The toilet in a separate room to the shower and sink was definitely inconvenient.
