I have been to Jamaica plenty of times but Zoetry was my best experience. The resort is very intimate so we were able to know all of the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I will be returning!

Nice small resort for relaxing. If you do not want to deal with partying or loud obnoxious people this resort is the place to go. It is very low key they do not do many activities so if you do expect to have activities on resort then you might want to find another resort. This resort is simply for if you just want to chill by the pool or the beach with a nice view & calming atmosphere.

Zoetry is a very nice and quiet hotel. The staff was extremely nice and resort was very clean and neat. But I would say, if you are in your 30's and younger, this resort is probably not for you if you would like to really experience Jamaica. But overall a very nice place.

beautiful facility, great room, great views, staff was awesome, the beach area needs to be more user friendly. Food was average a best. Breakfast was good as was lunch, especially Jerk Hut. Dinner choices need to be upgraded w a better quality.

Quite and peaceful Beautiful Views Staff ( 2 people really stood out to us Patricia and Al Wayne absolutely wonderful) We did get our room upgraded or we would have had a miserable stay Cons No included activities (snorkeling and kayaking cancelled) Other activities available with a cost Staff ( no pool coverage) other than Patricia she was covering the entire property. We had a butler by name only ( other than the first day) No nightlife whatsoever other than pool table Cats on property and at restaurants during dinner Traffic and airport noisy

Staff was amazing! The food was ok the drinks were pretty good. There were a lot of stray cats walking around that I didn’t like. Rooms are nice but the pictures are misleading, I thought I was getting a room with a tub but I didn’t. I also paid for ocean view but it was more of a pool view. The resort credit was split into coupons so I didn’t get to use any of that. Overall had a good stay. Jason, Barbara, Andell, and Javon were awesome.

This is a great place for couples or if you just want to have some peace and relaxation. The only thing that needs major improvement is the housekeeping. The brochure says they clean three times per day but they only cleaned once per day and not very well. We had to request wash clothes on a couple of occasions because dirty ones were not replaced. A pair of underwear was left in our room from a previous guest, also, the glass that we used from the bar was never washed and returned to it's proper place and food trays were left outside of guest rooms for several hours. We enjoyed our vacation at Zoetry and would visit again for it's excellence in all other amenities.

I liked the room it was amazing until it started leaking from the storm and had to move to another room on the 3rd floor which was too many stairs. I didn’t like the food or the restaurant where all meals were served. The service was terrible, the staff was slow and not very friendly. It wasn’t anything to do and the restaurant by the pool closed too early on the weekends. It wasn’t any fun for the money you paid it was boring. I loved the room and views but the food and entertainment sucked! Wasn’t worth the money paid.

The dinning was limited and super slow. There were no cold beers and many liquor restrictions. The menu is super limited. The beach is not clean, it has a lot of seaweed, slimy floor and rocks. This property is very small and very few amenities offered. The water activites are not as advertised. The food service is horrible. 40 minutes to get coffee, the sweet n low 15 minutes later and the spoon another 5 minutes. We were served fish, my boyfriend got the head and I literally got the bottom of the tail. Food portions very small. No buffet for breakfast. I was extremeny disappointed with the service. The tine share set up a transfer and charged us. I will give much credit to the manager Nadia Brown, she corrected everything. She was apologetic and worked with us to our satisifsction. Amazing at owning the resorts faults and worked very hard to accomodate us and being transferred to another AMR resort. I truly appreciated her. Renee at the front desk was also of great service to us. I believe once staff is more time efficient the resort could be amazing. It is definitely for the more relaxed traveler.

The service is terrible ! Takes forever to receive room service. Sometimes they didn’t even a answer the phone. There’s only one restaurant to eat at for dinner and breakfast. Menu is very limited. Our toilet did not work even after they came and “Fixed” it. We had a butler and only saw him when we arrived and the day we left! The air conditioning in the room I guess just made the floor extremely wet and slippery which was very dangerous. Even the sheets felt damped. Rooms are small. Only 2 towels. Cleaning service takes forever as well. We literally had to call one day to see if they would come clean my room Last but not least there was a huge crab! Like huge ! I even recorded it because I couldn’t even believe it and how dangerous it could’ve been if we would’ve never noticed ! In conclusion, I do not recommend! It’s a very small hotel. Not the luxury I was expecting for the price!

Amazing! I really love how small and secluded the property is. Staff is amazing and friendly and the place is so cleannnnnn. I haven’t even gotten dust on my slippers walking around the property. To me it’s really a couples resort or girls weekend or even guys weekend where you wanna just chill talk relax enjoy the view beach and pool. I’d definitely come back here when I want to unwind with my partner. 10/10!!!
