The staff at Vigor are exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing! Our room, a family room, looked over Pigeon Valley which is stunning. A downside is the traffic noise as the room is directly over the road. But it was worth it for the view. The roof terrace is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the wonderful view - get up early and watch the balloons rise. I can only encourage you to book and enjoy this lovely and quaint hotel.

Kaldığımız odanın küçücük penceresi vardı açsak dışardan insanlar bizi görebiliyordu ayrıca öyle ince perde takılmış ki içerisi naklen gözüküyor. Onun dışında kahvaltı yetersizdi. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, kahvaltıda isteklerinizi dikkate alarak en iyi şekilde hizmet vermeye çalışıyorlar. Oda temizliği isterseniz istediğiniz zaman yapılıyor. Rezervasyon yaparken seçtiğimiz oda aynen bize teslim edildi o yüzden ayrıca oda fotoğraflarını incelerseniz daha iyi olur, oda son derece temizdi hiç sorun yaşamadık. Hatta yatak çok rahat ve konforluydu. Mekanın terası oldukça keyifli ve vadiye bakıyor, manzarası keyifli. Her otele dair hem iyi hem kötü bir çok yorumla karşılaştık rezervasyon sürecinde ve öncelikle bölgede genel olarak mağara odalar konseptiyle hareket edildiği için bölgedeki hemen hemen tüm otellerin mutlaka camsız odaları var, rezervasyon yaparken bunu dikkate alarak oluşturmanızda fayda var gidince mutsuz olmamanız adına veya önceden oteli arayabilirsiniz odalar hakkında bilgi almak için. Bunun yanında yine bölgedeki mağara oda konsepti ile ilgili olarak biraz rutubet kokusu oluyor, biz açıkçası yaşamadık ve odamız da pencereliydi. Yani gittiğiniz bölgede bu tarz sorunların varlığını kabul ederek ve önceden oda ile ilgili bilgi alarak durumu kontrol altına alabilirsiniz. Tekrar İgora dönecek olursak konumu personeli ve hizmeti ile bizim için mükemmeldi tavsiye ederiz. Not; Otoparkı yok ancak meydanda biz 1-2 turda rahatlıkla bulduk.

Ailece 2gün kaldık. Genel olarak olarak olumlu düşüncelerle ayrıldık. 100 üzerinden puanlama yaparsak 90 puan veriyorum. 10 puanı kırmamın sebebi: kahvaltıda yöresel gıdaların olmasını beklerdik. Kahvaltıda özellikle peynirler konsepte uygun şekilde olmalıydı. Fakat klasik marketlerdeki peynir görünümündeki şeylerdi. Ama bunun haricinde kahvaltı hizmeti de güzeldi. Kotu bir deneyimdi.

Kahvaltisi cok kotuydu, odalar havasizdi. Dus ve tuvalet perdeyle kapatilmisti. Iki kisiyken tuvaleti kullanmak imkansiz oluyordu. Odalar havasizliktan kotu kokuyordu, oda ara katla beraber 3 katliydi. En altaa yatak odasi, ara katta banyo tuvalet, ust katta kullanissiz bir ortak alan cam buradaydi acilsa bile odayi havalandirmaya yetmiyordu. Tavanlar tahta yapilmisti ve havasizliktan rutubet kokusu yuzunuze vuruyordu. Kahvalti inanilmaz kalitesizdi ilk gun deneyip ac kaldigimiz icin bir daha tercih etmedik. Bardaklarda tarif bile edemedigim korkunc bir koku vardi. Resepsiyonda genelde birini bulamiyorsunuz arayip ulasmaniz gerekiyor. Teras guzeldi ancak gunesten koruyacak semsiye yoktu sicakta oturulmuyordu, cok ruzgar aldigi icin de aksam da kullanilmiyordu. Karsindaki taskonaklari tercih etmedigimiz icin cok pisman olduk. Odalarda yerden isitma da mevcut degildi.
