On November 15th, one of the servers at my check-in wasn't very friendly or welcoming, but I can't remember their names. The servers on November 16th and 17th, Sugimori and KoGami, were very friendly and polite
On the night of the 17th, there were two mosquitoes buzzing in my room, and I didn't sleep well that night. I killed one of them. The next morning, I was on my way to the counter to report it when I met a man outside who I think was an administrator named Mr. Gongwen. I reported it to him, and he was very friendly and eager to help, immediately calling someone to spray insecticide.
The room was okay, but the toilet was very damp and smelled bad; this needs improvement.
When I checked in, I saw a notice in the room saying that pest control, disinfection, and inspection would be carried out on November 18th. So, their inspection and disinfection of the locusts was a way of expressing their gratitude
I'm also a resident of Kobe, Japan, and of course I love the city.
