In Old Town with great connections to all there is to see in Stockholm. A different kind of hotel, but in a good way. Our room was in the depths of the hotel. We loved our two nights here.

Really more like a hostel. Very, very basic (shared bathrooms - not always the cleanest; no mirror in the room???; could hear people talking through the wall/vent). Just very basic for what I feel I paid for it. Staff were friendly but sometimes were not around; had to wait to check in because they just weren’t there (for a good half hour). It’s fine if you’re going for extremely basic. Bit of a disappointment if you expect more. Still, it was safe and cozy enough and in a good area.

There is no front desk they don’t answer phone . We waited outside of the hotel for 40 minutes just to find out our room was practically a dungeon with no windows.

It was a quaint place. The shared bathroom situation was better than expected. An HVAC unit inside room would have been appreciated or perhaps a quiet fan that moved more air than the fan we had. I would recommend to my friends and family and rebook if I ever return.

The picture of the rooms were not the same as the rooms that I saw when maids were cleaning the rooms. Half of the rooms had no windows for natural light. Coffee and tea were great. Shower was good. Carpet was stained in common areas. Overall hotel was fine for short stay.

This is a very basic experience. The advertised queen bed was in fact two narrow single beds with a gap in the middle. Shampoo/shower gel in a plastic bottle on the floor of the shower. The toilet flushing was some sort of vacuum suction that was very loud, felt like I was on a boat. When checking in I brought up the bed situation, asking whether they had a room with the advertised bed. They took no responsibility for the incorrect information at all, stating "I just work here" and there was nothing to be done. Ventilation was poor, the window was locked shut.

This was not the place for me. It’s conveniently located right in old town, and the bridges, so you can get to all the hot spots on foot. But no windows. Extremely small room (ie no room for luggage or to even walk around the bed). It’s a very old building so plumbing challenges. And lots of stairs. If you’re looking for something eclectic, this may be for you. But this place did not add any joy to my time in Stockholm. (Also I was emailed the wrong code to get into the building and when I mentioned this to the front all she said was the right code. No apologies for me being stuck outside at night).

Trevlig personal i receptionen. Huset Àr frÄn 1600 talet sÄ man fÄr acceptera vissa saker. VÀldigt smÄ rum och badrum, lyhört mot gatan men det har sÀkert med att man inte fÄr sÀtta in bÀttre ljudisolerade fönster. Smutsiga och dammiga golvlister, ventialtionsdon dammiga. I badrummet saknade man en spegel och taklampan i badrummet saknade kupa. Tv:n pÄ rummet hade inga kanaler sÄ det hade varit bÀttre om den var borttagen. Soptunnan i badrummet var sönderrostad och locket löst. Avloppssystemet lÄter högt och om nÄgot annat rum kommer hem sent pÄ natten sÄ blir man vÀckt av deras spolande. Sitter liknande toaletter som pÄ finlandsbÄtar och flyg. De hade vattenkokare med kaffe och te i korridoren men inga koppar. NÀra till slussen, gamla stan och bÄtarna vilket Àr en fördel.
