The Wifi is super slow, and for some reason, I can't connect my laptop to the Wifi, but I can connect my laptop to Wifi in coffee shops. Note: previously, I was able to connect to the Wifi with my laptop, seems they have changed a setting. The room I had 331 was super noisy, trains were honking all day and all night, they charged me an extra 200 pesos for bringing a guest briefly, I mean what would a guest use in a brief visit? They only charged me because I don't look like Mexican, I saw that other couples walked by and they didn't ask for the 200 pesos, it's like an extortion done by someone who is invading your privacy. When I told all these issues to the supervisor on duty, she didn't do anything, her face was like I don't care at all. I told her I will dispute the 200 pesos because it's just wrong, it's totally non-sense because my guest didn't use the beds, didn't use breakfast, didn't use anything, so it's totally unfair to charge extra. If they have an internal rule to charge, they should stop it, it's just wrong. Other than that, the breakfast was okay just standard, and the staff are all friendly hard-working people.

The entry and dining area are nice. The room was the smallest I have every stayed in. Other than TV, totally lacking in amenities. No hair dryer. No shampoo provided. No tissues. Unattractive room. Shower head needs to be replaced. No washcloth. Etc.
