I had a very pleasant stay. The reception staff were kind and pleasant, and they even upgraded my room. The room service staff asked me where I was from and greeted me in Japanese. It was a very nice hotel.

The only thing is there’s nowhere to put your make up & toiletries in the bathroom, the hanging space is only 1/2 wardrobe length, can’t hang dresses, too many small tables and lamps in the small room.

The hotel is in a great area. Has a very convenient shuttle service to MRT and shopping centre. Our room was a bit small but had a comfortable bed and nice view. Breakfast has a great selection, bit busy because it is serving Novotel as well. All in all a good stay.

The staff was very friendly. They let me check in early. The room was very clean. The property is just a 15 minute walk from the subway station. Lots of dining options near the hotel. I would recommend this place.
