This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel manager and he told me he couldn't help with the refund for the other days.

Simplesmente maravilhosa as instalações, os funcionários, o café da manhã. Ter o lanche da tarde foi uma sacada muito boa pois não tinha isso em nenhum dos hoteis que ja fiquei em Petrópolis. Hotel muito bom p levar criança tbm. Esqueci meu casaco e eles foram solicitos em enviá-lo de volta, todos estão de parabéns!!! Voltarei c certeza.
