I don't usually write reviews but this one deserves it. The hotel is beautiful, with large rooms and balcony. The staff was simply amazing: they prepared breakfast earlier for the runners participating to the trail event, they were flexible on the check-out time. We loved our stay! We highly recommend Vanessa if you stay in Verbier

Outstanding stay with exceptional service

Hotel Vanessa provided an exceptional stay for our family in Switzerland. Their personalized concierge service greatly enhanced our experience, with tailored restaurant reservations and valuable skiing advice. The ski valet room was a convenient touch, simplifying our daily routines. Breakfast offered a delightful start to each day, while dinners introduced us to delicious local cuisine, including superb fondue and raclette. The room's balcony offered breathtaking views of the Swiss mountains, embodying the tranquility and beauty of our surroundings. The hotel's cleanliness, including a pristine sauna and jacuzzi, and thoughtful details like afternoon Swiss chocolates, contributed to the warm atmosphere. The shuttle service added convenience to our skiing expeditions. Situated close to shops and restaurants, Hotel Vanessa's location is ideal. As a seasoned traveler, I found Hotel Vanessa to be a standout, combining practical amenities with heartfelt hospitality for an unforgettable stay.

Freundlichkeit pur!

Practically located close to the slopes although the shuttle services was nice. Very attentive service and a large and comfortable room with all amenities you need. Ski locker and nice, but simple spa.For the price, we will definitely be back.
