Excellent location for a quick getaway

We had a lovely 4 nights. Accommodation was continently located next to the tram. It was clean with. Gorgeous view. 15 min walk to cavill avenue or 15 min to broadbeach. 2 blocks from the beach. Perfect kitchenette.

The unit is nice along with the facilities, but as for the internal cleanliness of the unit they gave us, it was too low, the bathroom was in very bad condition, the living room area had a lot of dust and in the kitchen most of the drawers are falling apart, the intercom does not work, it is worth clarifying that one takes a hotel service and it took me by surprise that in my 7-day stay I only had one time of cleaning service and the only thing they did was make the bed. I wonder why they did not clean the rest of the unit? They are also not clear from the beginning and then they make it known that the entire apartment must be delivered clean or they will pay from the 100 dollars they take as a deposit. It was a nice time but they must improve in many things.

No AC, no alternative.

Free parking and convenient location. The positivity stops there. I spent 4 nights here and upon arrival noticed the air conditioner didnt work. I asked reception and they said somebody would come look at it. Nobody came until late on the next day and did nothing. I received an email to say a new air conditioner would be installed on the final night of my stay. I was never offered to move rooms and was essentially made to "deal" with no air conditioning on a week of 30 degree days and 90+ % humidity. Will not be returning.

The advertised photos were old and did not show the damage to the unit- sealant around the bath/shower, no power setting on range, burnt black frying pan, broken tap in laundry, microwave sitting on bench, Dryer tripping out due to dirty filter, Fridge ice box full of ice, floor tiles taped together in bathroom, laminate mixing from kitchen cupboard. The bed was very comfortable thankfully :-)

The unit we stayed in was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. Even tho it is on the Gold Coast Highway, it was quiet. Kitchen facilities were awesome. Plenty of room for the 2 of us and still had room when the kids and grandkids came to visit for the day. Nice and close to the tram station so you don’t need to get the car out all the time. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment but not enough towels for a 2 night stay, only 1 room key which is not ideal if trying to use facilities. One lift out of order whole stay and then the other broke down on day of departure, receptionist didn’t care and we had to carry luggage down 6 floors. Thanks to the tradies who helped my wife down the last two floors

The location was perfect. 1 block from the beach and the tram stop is close by. Shopping and restaurants are within 4 min either direction by tram or walkable. The room was clean and kitchen had everything I needed to cook and eat in the room. I enjoyed the spa, pool and sauna after long walks. The gym has basics. The grounds were well maintained and has a grill and nice sitting area. I had a little trouble checking in as the directions went to my junk mail but the property manager, who is lovely, was able to help. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!
