Okay option if you’re on a budget. The good: newer bed linens were clean and fresh. Hot water was great with lots of pressure. All appliances worked. Coffee pot worked and was provided 2 drip-style packs of coffee plus dry creamer/sugar. It was quiet for the most part. The AC in the back bedroom worked very well. The not so good: stale smoke smell was very noticeable in my non-smoking room. The room was very hot and had an annoying low buzzing noise in the wall of the front bedroom. The AC worked well but the knobs were broken and needed pliers to adjust the temperature. Walls and floors all damaged, poorly patched and stained. Windows don’t lock completely. Beds were quite firm and were sagging on the side closer to the washroom, which worked out for me because the sagging part was softer to sleep on. I did not try the burner or toaster oven. Stayed for 4 nights. Overall it met my needs. Biggest improvement would be setting an ozone machine in rooms to get rid of the smell.

Everything was great for the price. Stayed for 4 nights after moving to Olds and before I took possession of my new home. Frank let me have a late check-out the last day (I had to work and I had most of my worldly possessions in the room) so I could move my stuff to my new house after work. Recommended, good value.

The staff was super friendly, the room was a good size and had a little kitchenette. There are plug ins in the parking lot which cane in handy since I stayed there during a snowstorm. The room wasn't the cleanest, but the bedding and towels were clean and it was decent considering the low cost of the room.
