Friendly Staff and Good Service

I’m stayed here for one night with my parents and husband. Booked 2 different rooms but they are concern enough to give us a connecting rooms as soon as im about to check in. We’ve been welcome with a great pleasure by the staff and they even gave my mother a birthday card before check out from the hotel. Nice stay and i will surely book again for my next visit.

hotel location was ok. "shuttle service" was by tuktuk. once every 2-3 hours. aircon wasn't cold at all. water flow for shower was horribly small. saw at least 2 cockroaches in room. worst thing, there was a major building blackout once.
