We booked this room for my mom. She mentioned that the walls were thin and you could hear your neighbours. The bathroom mirror also had hot glue marks seeping through, so it looked like black paint on the mirror. The front desk lady was super friendly and we appreciated all her help about the hike we were going to do. Overall it was a good room for a great price :-)

Check-in was fast and easy. Rooms were upgraded but some items (baseboard heater in the bathroom) were not fully reconnected. My husband took some pictures of things that were not quite tighten enough and dusty cabinet next to the fridge. With nearby tractor trailers running all night, we were a bit concerned about the noise but we actually found the room fairly quiet and had a good night's sleep :)

Cute little roadside motel, typical of the majority of motels I've stayed in. View was gorgeous, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Could probably scale a fish with the water pressure. Wifi didnt work which we were warned about but its iffy through the whole town so disconnect and enjoy the scenery!

This is a decent little place to stay. The maintenance leaves a lot to desire. They seem to put very little value in curb appeal, interior maintenance (kitchenette sink sprayed everywhere, terrible job of putting finishing around AC unit, no ability to change the room temp. But for the price, I was able to take my sons for a weekend of hiking in the mountains for an entire weekend, for the cost of one night in Jasper or Banff.

It was a terrible housekeeping, not even one clean the floor, I had to extend my stay extra 4 days and over all my stay housekeeping wasn’t done at all They just made the bed, pick up garbage that’s it

the place was disgusting. i asked for a non smoking room. the room they put me in had nicotine staining and drips running down the wall. the bed needed to be replaced 20 years ago. the cleaning staff needs to figure out how to sweep before they mop. old soap bars left in the bathroom. truly gross. the place should be shut down.

There is no heat, literally, in the room. It’s 10 degrees outside and 15 in the room and falling. They can’t turn the heat on! The space heater they gave me is not doing the trick. Also, no remote in the room for the TV.
