Resteraunt was extremely slow. Was only person there at start of almost an hour wait for a burger. Hot water was an issue on one day in morning. Need more English speaking associates. Average hotel otherwise good for a day stop.

O hotel é confortável, limpo e possui um café da manhã satisfatório. Ao lado do aeroporto, ainda assim possui a comodidade de um transfer. Deixo comentário muito elogioso aos atendentes - desde o motorista do transfer aos recepcionistas e membros do restaurante: todos os funcionários do hotel me receberam com muita educação, simpatia e disposição. Foram muito solícitos inclusive ao antecipar meu check in em quatro horas. Pontos a melhorar: 1) barulho de obra - embora esteja avisado no elevador, deveria ser informado antes da reserva, pois a obra acontece inclusive em sábados à tarde. Como eu buscava descanso para fazer prova, o barulho de reforma incomodou; 2) lençois de cama velhos; 3) cama de casal, na realidade, são duas camas de solteiro juntas.

Adoramos a cama, muito espaço e conforto no quarto. O banheiro é aberto, mas não atrapalha se estiver em casal ou família. Café da manhã excelente estacionamento coberto no subsolo mas é pago a mais 20,00 a diária. Localização excelente perto do aeroporto e shopping.

Um bom hotel

O hotel é excelente. Muito limpo, estética agrável, tudo novo, atendimento cordial e bem localizado. Tive que fazer um early check in e achei um pouco caro o valor (quase o valor da diária). O café da manhã do primeiro dia estava ótimo (tomei café por causa do early check in), no segundo dia, não sei se é porque eu desci às 9h20 (o café vai até às 10h), achei um pouco bagunçado, muitas mesas sujas e faltando itens. Mas ok. Eu voltaria nesse hotel.
