Fast, super friendly check in. Even got offered a little treat upon check in! Clean room, comfy…. got the jacuzzi suite, it was a nice, large tub and the water was hot and filled the tub quickly. Nice price for a jacuzzi suite.

The outside looked a little rough, but the desk staff was wonderful, the room was super clean, things had clearly been updates/upgraded, and it was quiet and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I were traveling to the area.

SUPER DUPER clean rooms. Good pillows and bedding. The hotel has dove bar soap which is a HUGE upgrade from a previous motel we stayed in.

2/10 Mala

Apparently the best hotel in Claresholm. Bed was clean. Owner was a nice guy. Carpets are due to be tossed since 2015. When you can’t succeed lower your standards they say. Typical small town hotels.

The room was very clean. It is an older building but was very clean and updated. The gentleman that checked us in and out was very nice. Reasonable price.

We took the last room available which happened to have a jacuzzi. It was somewhat uninviting so we took sponge baths. Manager very helpful.
Opinión verificada

Despite the fact the facility was older and the exterior run down the room was freshly updated, very clean and had everything one would need. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Parking was plentiful. Would stay again.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable. We were on the first floor and liked being able to park right in front of the room for easy access.
Opinión verificada

6/10 Buena

The room and beds were clean, the staff member was helpful and there was ample parking. The beds were quite firm, the electrical outlet and the lights by the bedside did not work, so I had to plug in everything on the floor by the end of the bed. The motel had no hot water for the evening due to a repair, the staff informed us right away and the water was back on and hot by the morning.

Room was modern. Best nights sleep in memory. King bed outstanding, open window so fresh air / no ac running, QE 2 is apparently quiet on this road segment. Convenient location for Head-Smashed-In UNESCO site today. No breakfast, gym in need of repair. Looks a bit worn on the outside. Hidden gem.
