10/10 Exceptional

The gentleman at the reception desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room and bed were very clean, and the large bathtub was a wonderful bonus. It was so nice to be able to relax and unwind for the first time in a while. My daughter accidentally left her jacket behind, but the staff called us straight away, so we were able to come back and pick it up. We really appreciated their honesty and thoughtfulness. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Toowoomba. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I liked the ground floor position for easy access And fiund tge unit very spacious. The bedroom was large with anotger tv and ensuite batgroom. Loved the spar bath a luxury item. Podition close to good Chinese restaurant in close walking distance. Gold Club abd eateries 5 mins away. Staff cheery and I wad pleased I arrived at 2 pm as the empty spaces filled up by 6 pm. Recommend for the above.

Spacious with good amenities

Loved this hotel! I stayed for six days and enjoyed the space and amenities in the suite. Kitchenette was great size. It’s not fancy but it’s very comfortable, clean and well located. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

I booked to stay here and I ended up having to book somewhere else to stay, the property was unkept, dirty and there was some sort of alarm that was going off in the bathroom. The staff on check in were friendly,

Friendly staff. Don't like the shower in a Spa bath with a very small glass screen.

4/10 Fair

I booked room 21 for an out of town visitor , The room was clean and well appointed . What was not so good . The hotel had a number of trades men staying , management had allowed them to park a 7 tonne truck opposite the rooms allocated parking space . It was not in any car parking space but in the pathway taking up the turning space required to park in the 21 room allocated space . I did not like taking 5 minutes to perform a multi point parking manoeuvre to get into the parking space .Then the next day when meeting with my guest for breakfast I'm informed that they could not access any hot water to shower . It is a shame the guest did not mention the lack of hot water when booking out , they just left .
