The lady who checked us in was incredibly helpful. We had a rough idea about what we wanted to see on the rock and she gave us perfect advice on where to start and how long it would take us. We are so appreciative. Also the view from the bar/restaurant is breathtaking taking. The waitstaff made wonderful recommendations and so nice!

Staff were excellent. Room was spotless and comfortable but the air con turned itself.off after exactly 1 hour of use after 9pm. This meant I'd wake up sweating 3 or 4 times per night as the room had heated up. I raised this to staff but it was the same that evening. Otherwise all good.

Great hotel, rooms very clean, had fabulous sea view watching the ships moving in and out of the harbour, recommend junior suite for accommodation as very spacious, lovely communal areas - bar, verandah etc all with great views. Hotel ideally located, short walk to town, nature reserve, gardens and the rock! .
