The lady who checked us in was incredibly helpful. We had a rough idea about what we wanted to see on the rock and she gave us perfect advice on where to start and how long it would take us. Staff were excellent. Room was spotless and comfortable but the air con turned itself.off after exactly 1 hour of use after 9pm. This meant I'd wake up sweating 3 or 4 times per night as the room had heated up. I raised this to staff but it was the same that evening. Otherwise all good.

They need a new chef and better help at the front desk. I ordered a taxi which was supposed to be there in 15 minutes and ended up taking over an hour. I had to keep going up to the front desk and they did not seem to be very interested. Also, the Airconditioning was not working in my room. I stayed as a solo traveller and diabetic. The gront desk being 24 hours in case of any issues was reassuring.Yhebgtidgr in the room meant zi could keep my insulin cold. The tang GG or taxis and arranged a picnic breakfast to go when I had an early your booked. Location is lovely amazing views just a bit of an uphill hole at the end of the day but worth it.
