E1 Suites & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"The whole experience at E1 Suites and Spa was perfect, from the check-in to the Spa and the food at the restaurant in the lobby. The room was clean and perfectly stocked with all the amenities you'd need and expect from a studio apartment. "
"Absolutely amazing apartment!! Fabulous location only 10 minutes walk from Ocean Village and 5 to Main Street/Casemates. Quality furnishings, towels and furniture. Exceptionally clean with air conditioning. Provided with quality towels (including pool), toiletries, washing up liquid, toilet roll etc. Washing machine and dishwasher available with full size fridge freezer. Online pictures are representative of exactly what you get. 2 mins away from Morrisons. The staff were on hand and contactable via Whatsapp and in the onsite office. Would highly recommend this apartment "
"Really nice hotel situated 15 min walk between the airport and the Main Street in Gibraltar. The room allocated was cleaned each day, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast provided by the hotel was good with continental and English / British options available. The hotel has an Italian restaurant next door which I used once and was very nice. There was a general store just beyond the Italian restaurant. The main area for dining out / drinking was a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The Eastern beach was a 5 minutes walk away. All of the staff in encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. I enjoyed my 3 day stay in Gibraltar."
"First time in Gibraltar and the Sunborn yacht set it off on flying colours.
Just a short walk away from the airport we arrived at the Yacht and checked into our room. Absolutely beautiful! The initial room we got we were not happy with as we were onlooking the pub below but the staff graciously moved us to a room without a pub view.
I must say the yacht had a fantastic feel, the fittings and fixtures were wonderful, luxurious toiletries and spacious shower and walk in bathroom. Everything you needed was there.
One small thing I liked was that the TV actually had an English speaking channel and they had some old time classics on that just brought back good old memories from the past.
Breakfast was so good and ran beautifully smooth despite the number of people. Everything was ready and you didn’t have to wait for anything at all. If you needed anything- just ask and the staff were so helpful.
I really enjoyed my stay and if visiting again I would stay here again.
A BIG thank you to the Sunborn team for making our stay so extremely comfortable and luxurious!!!!

"The Eliott Hotel is an excellent property, I have stayed there over ten times in 2026. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The only problem connected with my stay was I booked it on hotels.com. I have been a regular user of their website for booking for years, but will no longer use it, except to use up the dollars I earned from previous stays. When hotels.com does not have access, or rooms available at a particular hotel on the date specified by the user, hotels.com moves the user to a date in the future when their website has availability, even if it is days or weeks in the future. There is no specific message that hotels.com is changing your specifically desired date. I have suffered 2 times where a rez date was changed by hotels.com and paid for by me and they refused to fix it by issuing a refund. The worst part was the hotels.com on-line help chat, even when manned by a so-called "live agent." At the other end of the chat box might even be a real person, because each claims a unique name (most of which were not very familiar sounding). For one of these reservations where hotels.com independently decided to change my requested date of stay, I was connected to six different parties on the other end, each with a different name. I asked to be connected with a supervisor and was told one would call me within an hour, AND TO STAY OFF MY PHONE UNTIL HE CALLED. NOT TOTALLY UNEXPECTED, HOTELS.COM NEVER CALLED ME. Two hours of my life and a few hundred dollars lost!"
"This was my second visit to this gem in Gibraltar. We stayed for 3 night over Easter, staying in a room with a terrace and views over the bay.
I love the appearance of the hotel, the warm welcome, the location overlooking the Botanical Gardens, the swimming pool and the excellent food. The restaurant offered a wide choice of breakfast items, and a reasonably broad dinner menu. Unlike the last time I was here in 2014, the room safe was free to use - a big step forward.
On arrival we noticed that the floor of our room felt gritty underfoot. Although we asked housekeeping to vacuum the floor the next time they were in, this didn’t happen. In every other way the housekeeping was good: replacing the towels, making the bed, etc. But the floor still felt like it needed a good vacuuming / mopping.
Overall, I still love this hotel and plan to return in the near future."
