It’s small property with space conditions but the service and location is excellent. While checking in, I was waiting my turn and the on duty manager came right away to assist me, she even assisted me and took us to our room. Hotel is close to historic center and a walk away from zocalo and main museums. First time in CDMX but will return to this nice hotel!

This place is a gem! Amazing friendly staff. Newly renovated rooms and well-working elevator. Bountiful breakfast (included in room price) and a perfect location to major sites, experiences and transportation. Perfect for solo travelers and those looking for an affordable stay in CDMX. Very nice and respectful staff. The room was very clean. Amenities were great. They offer free breakfast and some snacks free of charge. I really loved this hotel and its close to the cathedral/ zocalo. Diferrent food options close by as well. The only downfall was that the elevator was not working so going up to the 7th floor for breakfast and to our room at the 3rd floor was a stuggle. Othewise, i would have rated it a 5 star.
