I couldn’t fault any of our stay with the hotel, the staff are amazing and extremely friendly. And the hotel its self is lovely very clean and very good facilities such as the pool. The food was absolutely delicious so many options for different dietary requirements. We loved the fact that water was available 24/7 as well as coffee and tea. Will definitely be staying again.

Lots of thoughtful extras for guests such as access to still & sparkling water, tea and coffee 24/7. Beach towels and large bag provided for use. The hotel is perfectly positioned. Literally a walk across the road to the beach. Breakfast was fantastic. We ate there twice in the evening; which again was truly great. Enjoyed the pasta & tapas menu. Loved the free access to coffee and tea all day. Environmentally friendly with option to fill up water bottles etc. Although the rooms are on the small side. They were immaculate. We probably would book a terrace room when we return. Staff were amazing. Couldn’t do enough to help be it bathrobes or helping us sort our return transfer. The pool is small and not much atmosphere, but with the beach and so many other beaches so close, it did not bother us. We loved our stay here and would return again in the future; thank you

This is the second time we have stayed here. We wanted a change in scenery and Puerto Pollensa was lovely. Our room was small and unfortunately overlooked a couple of balcony’s but it had super air con a large shower room and was scrupulously clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice.

Cool Vibe in this Small boutique hotel with front Line location and sea view. Great breakfast buffet and super friendly staff. Located on the more “touristy” part of the promenade, South of the Marina - but only a few minutes from the Pine Walk. The rooms are on the small side but well appointed. The decor is modern. The roof top pool is also limited in size. Parking is on the public Streets nearby and can be a challenge.

Just spent 10 nights as a solo traveler at the Goleta hotel. Location stunning. literally cross the road and you’re at the beach. Parasols and towels provided for the beach but be aware if you require a sun bed/lounger it’s 15 euros daily. At the top of the hotel, there is a plunge pool and approximately 7 sun lounges and 4 deck chairs but it lacks atmosphere and is quite noisy due to hotels air con system I think. There is just the one restaurant on the ground floor which is pleasant. Breakfast is plentiful and I can recommend the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. The service is good. The staff in the restaurant are polite and welcoming especially the young chap from Argentina. Most of the reception/ front of house are very professional and helpful, particularly the tall more mature chap and the lovely lady that went out of her way to help me tune in to watch the Lionesses in the semi final. However, there is one that is very surly, rarely looked up to say good morning or afternoon and was rather rude when I questioned a couple of items that should not have been on my hotel bill, Granted these things happen but it’s the way that things are said and handled that can or cannot make a positive impact. The restaurant lacks atmosphere and is rarely busy. Breakfast is good as I mentioned early but alas the evening menu not as so much. Salads are good but there are not a lot of options. Rooms small but clean and comfortable.
