We booked our overnight stay in advance. When we got there reception was locked! No notice on the door to say why despite full hours posted on door. We found a cleaner and asked how to check in. He called someone then that someone spoke to us and advised our room number with the key being inside the room. Room was a good size but very old. Bedding was good. Heating good. Bathroom terrible. There was no water pressure at all for either hot or cold water and both taps would not turn off properly. The room needed total refurbishment. Lucky we only stayed 1 night. Also the next morning when we left we headed back to reception to advise them re the water issue but again reception was locked and keys passed in through a shute. The photos of this place on the website are deceiving. I would not stay here again.
