No Housekeeping and numerous rooms were not serviced. Lovely, bushland setting, and beautiful views from the in-room Spa. Although the property states there is Wi-Fi and there was a router plugged in and turned on in the room the management states there is no Wi-Fi available. Air conditioner temperature was stuck on heating and could not be adjusted and was not functioning properly. We traveled with a large group for a wedding with up to 10 rooms. All rooms were not serviced during our night stay. Guests had to use hand towels to dry themselves. Wasn’t sufficient toilet paper provided and milk not provided on second night due to room not being serviced. Rubbish built up in rooms, guests had to remove it themselves to put in outside bins. Animals spread the rubbish across veranda in the early hours of the morning, waking guests up. See picture. I would not recommend staying at this property it is very expensive for the service you get. It was not one room missed. It was up to 10 rooms as part of our wedding guests that were not serviced. Management should be aware of this and be checking to ensure that rooms are serviced.

I must say we were underwhelmed by our experience staying here. They show photos of the restaurant and day spa. Both were closed all weekend. No one at reception to ask for dinner recommendations when we arrived at 3pm as they had closed the office at 1pm but we had been sent a message via the Hotels.com app that we needed to unlock a key box which was pretty simple to do. Our room felt very run down, broken tiles around the base of the spa, the shower leaks. The location and views are nice but don’t look too closely at the garden directly outside our window as it’s full of weeds and very unkept. The gas fire was on when we got there and the room was nice and warm which was a nice touch.

Mountain Getaway

Loved our three night stay. Peaceful and restful property with great little towns nearby for shopping, supplies and dining. The spa bath a definite bonus.
