An unpleasant communication style....Not impressed

When we arrived, my husband commented to the proprietor that there was noise coming from the house and could we be moved to one of the 2 units unoccupied next door. He gruffly said...." it is a house you know..." He added that both the rooms next door hadn't been cleaned but we could see through the glass door that they were! Not impressed with the PR!

The location was great close enough to town and yet quiet. Room was clean and tidy. Our host was very friendly. Breakfast was included but we had to make it ourselves which we didn't mind. The only bad thing was that we only had one night in the area as there was plenty more to see.

The placing of the accommodation in small-town Yarra Glen and the view into the Upper Yarra valley are the best features of this accommodation. The age of the facilities and absence of contact with staff are negative features.

Was great as we attended a 50th so we weren't going to be staying long, the owners were lovely & our room was warm& cosy on arrival, all amenities were supplied & continental breakfast was sufficient. We arrived at the hotel early afternoon and were pleasantly greeted by the owner. He showed us to our unit and explained the workings of our BnB and then gave us a map of the area telling us of best things to see and best places to eat .They could not have done more for us.We had a very enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel with ease of access and great air con. One major disappointment was that breakfast was only little packs of cereal and toast. I would have loved some hot options for the price we paid for a bnb.
