building was extremely noisy, both during the day (loud maintenance work all week long, not advised of this until after arriving on the property and even then, only via a sign on a door) and at night (people running up and down corridors, playing loud music/banging doors very late at night on weeknights). external security doors were left propped open, including at night. reception was often unavailable, even during listed opening hours. I chose this property specifically for the bathtub in the bathroom, but the taps had such terrible water pressure that the bath (which was not big) regularly took 20+ minutes to fill, by which time the water would already have cooled. location was okay, but there's better in south brisbane. definitely won't be staying here again.
