The room was clean and fresh. Electric blanket did not work but heating was fine - it was incredibly cold when I stayed. service and staff were great - the bathroom was just a bit tired. Would I stay there again - yes, it is very conveniently located.

Old large room, clean, tidy and with all the features you’d expect. Added bonus of on-site Asian restaurant with lovely meals.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Nothing special. Would’ve been great if there was a toaster in the room which is a staple of all motor inns these days especially when you’re self-catering on a Sunday morning for brekky. There were limited breakfast options on Sundays in a town like Ballarat.

Short stay

A very comfortable room except for couch that was too low to floor. Bed was great and the heating in the room was excellent. Spacious room. Been here before and the freshen up of room was nice to see.

I enjoyed my stay

I enjoyed my stay in the standard queen room and will stay again. It was quiet. Appeared really clean and only spotted a couple of minor cobwebs. Bathroom very clean but no bath plug. Bed was super comfy and linen fresh and clean.
