The location is top, drive a long bumpy driveway through platanos plantation, arrive to lush gardens and beautiful wooden houses.
But, first impression missed atmosphere and kindness. Staff just do their job, hard to get a smile at first. Other guests are closed, all sterile, no ola’s…
The rooms have a decent size for a hotel, two queens and a bunkbed for the kids. All was clean and well built.
Though as well a bit outdated bathroom, and no hot water.
General impression is an 8.1, as it’s a nice hotel and location, but it needs better management.
There are other Fincas on the island for much less, with less stable building but better atmospheres. I expected more for the money.
