The location is amazing,nestled in the heart of old town with bars and food places just downstairs and the metro just afew steps away. The acoustics of the place was remarkable with double layers of Double glazed windows which really shut the noise of the streets away so we could rest in peace. The room is well renovated so it looks nice and modern. Highly recommended.

The studio on the 3rd floor was outstanding..plenty of room to sit snd talk with my two friends. A large freezer and Fridge..excellent shower. Close to restaurants. Stores and muesums. The shining star was Ivan at the front desk. He was so nice and went above and beyond helping me.arrange a cab to the airport. As.there is no elevator, he also helped.me with my luggage. Thank yOU again. IVAN!

Good value room in the old city close to everything including the metro. Super quiet despite location. Basic room, but had what you needed and great shower. Very clean. Little natural light in room, but spent most time outside so not a big issue. Easy to walk to train station, Guggenheim etc. Would stay there again.

Good clean room with modern furnishings however there were renovations to the museum across the very narrow alley with lights on all night and very thin curtains which made sleeping problematic. Also the rooms are one or two floors up with a very twisting old wooden staircase with uneven steps so taking luggage up is quite difficult.

The bed was comfortable, the room practical and the check-in efficient. I like the fact that there is codes on doors (no key to carry). The hotel location is very central. I spend a night there for 66€ so I definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Bilbao!

Would return to the same hotel because it was so walkable, close to the old center and relatively quiet even in the middle of the center. Didn't open the windows and balcony doors, so it must be the good sound proofing of the doors. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and airy. Furnished quite sparsely but the price was reasonable.

Great location, lots of eateries around, 2 minutes walk to the metro and walkable to most attractions in central Bilbao. Very clean and spacious room. However, no kettle or any tea/coffee facility in the room which was a bit disappointing.
