True Customer Service

The space is lovely. The rooms - quiet and spacious. But what stood out most to me was the customer service. I appreciate that the breakfast host saw I wasn’t intrigued by the breakfast menu and suggested a restaurant not far from the location. This reminded me of “Miracle on 34th Street” where Chris refers a Macy’s customer to Gimbles for the gift they sought. More spaces should offer customer service such as this.

This hotel is in an old paper factory and I love the exposed beams and brick walls. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Lost Reservation

Beautiful hotel; however, they couldn’t find my reservation despite me showing my Information from Hotels.com confirmation information. Fortunately, they had an available room, and I asked to be moved to a different floor because I don’t like being on the ground floor. They did accommodate my request, and the room was aesthetically pleasing & comfort- but the new room did smell like someone had smoked in it previously.

I liked the creative repurposing of an old stationary warehouse into a hotel. Decor and renovations are excellent. It is close to the main tourist area but on the docks
