Staff so nice and helpful. Place is great for kids. They have a common place for cooking which is well equiped. Lovely stay and we were able to disconnect. Great recommendation. (Unfortunately I cannot remember name of the staff but lovely lady who gave us the chocolate on our way out and a guy who I think comes from Brasil, you are so nice!!).

The room was clean albeit some cups had to be rewashed. I assume they were not checked as the last guests are asked to clean all used crockery and utensils. The fridge could have done with a wipe down. Despite that everything else was clean inc towels and bedding. The staff were polite and all amenities were good and camp site in a good location. The only issue we had is the reason I have scored this as 3/5. Basically we are from the UK and the day we arrived it was cold. The air-conditioning only blew out cold air and so quite frankly we were freezing. I enquired at reception the next day and did as they said in putting the air con at 22-24 degrees not 31. It still did not work. We sat in the evenings with a duvet on us and 2 duvets and wore clothes to bed. If these cabins cannot be heated during a cold spell I would not go again. As I say this was the only issue and remained unresolved.
