This is not a hotel, this is a guest house. The description in the ad is not accurate. Outside the building there were no significant label marking the place. As I arrived there I rang the bell but no one replied. I finally found someone that is friend of the owner by chance gratefully he could help. The room was tidy and clean but look outside the window there was an insecure view. There was even barbed wire rounded on the drainage pipe prevent somebody to climb up… I won’t prefer the place in my next visit.

No recepción. It took us over 2 hours to get in property after long flight. No phone response either.Owner non existent. Don't care. It should not be allowed to operate. Breakfast is a cup of coffee and bread 5 blocks away.

No receptionist on site. Building was locked and instructions for checking in was none existant. Need to call B&B through whatsapp for them to open door and get further instructions to open inner door. Need to send all informations about breakfast, taxes due and how to proceed to enter the building ahead of time would have change review of the Vatican Rome B&B. Soundproofing of the wall is minimal. We can hear nextdoor opening zipper of luggage.

Overpriced

It was suprising that there was no staff at all. The check in was done with Whatsapp messages/calls with phone using own 4G data. Check in process was very confusing and time consuming. Most of the time WIFI didn't work or was VERY slow. When traveling abroad it is mandatory to have, we never book room with out WIFI. Breakfast was suppose to be in different building all along, but instead of that, we got our "breakfast" brought by a cleaning lady. Breakfast was two briossi buns covered in plastic, two cans of milk and jar of instant coffee. There were rules including that you mustn't change the settings of air condition, guests were not allowed, alcohol was prohibited and so on. The room looks good in pictures but the reality is something else, we didn't feel safe in the room. Check out was impossible to do so the B&B charged credit card without telling us even though we did ask how do we pay the first we arrived. The only good thing was location. Would not recommend.

Los clientes llamaban toda la noche sin que nadie les atendieran. El ruido de split de calefacción era insoportable. Hacía mucho frío. Es inadmisible que lo admitan en Hotels.com

Abbiamo passato 2 notti in questo b&b in famiglia con un bimbo di 4 anni. La struttura è piccola ma accogliente e vicina alla metro Ottaviano/Lepanto. La camera è risultata pulita con mino frigo, tv e letto comodo, con bollitore e cassaforte. Un piccolo spuntino/merenda è offerto in camera, mentre la colazione vera e propria viene servita tramite dei coupon presso bar vicini. Unica pecca della stanza nr 1 odiri sgradevoli provenienti dal bagno che è senza finestra e camere non insonorizzate.

La verdad es que no volvería. Lo único positivo es el bqrrio y la limpieza. A pesar de escribir al alojamiento el dia de antes, no me facilitaron ninguna indicación para el check in y cuando llegué a ali no habia nadie ni ningún teléfono de contacto. Luego me estuvieron acusando para pagar la city tax pero pude acerlo cuando pude tener metálico y se lo expliqué. Amanecí todas lqs mañanas con picaduras de insecto que espero no sean chinches. Y para colmo la limpiadora llegaba sobre las 8.30-9 de la mañana haciéndolo ruido y ya era imposible descansar más. Habitaciones mal insonorizadas, se oye todo de otras habitaciones
