The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was also relatively clean, but the maintenance of the rooms and the building is the bare minimum. Parking is free.

Not very clean bathroom or hotel hallways, stale air smell in room like it’s never aired out, bed was ok, shower was amazing when you finally got the temperature regulated. Older hotel but we were just looking for a bed for the night, and that’s what this was. Staff was nice when we checked in and out.

Parking lot is poorly lit, sketchy neighborhood. Fire station near by with alarms once an hour. Elevator is opposite end of building from lobby entrance. Air conditioning worked properly. Room was boiling host when we arrived.

The carpets were dirty. The shades for the lamps were old and dirty. The bathroom tap only had hot water no cold. No lotion or shampoo. You ask for something to be changed, they come and scold you for asking for it to be changed.

Old and run down. Toilet broken upon checking into room, had to change rooms at 10pm. New room had cigarette burns in bedspread. Definitely not worth $175/night.

Google search said they offered shuttle from airport to call a specific number, so we did to have the guy laugh and say they do not offer a shuttle. Asked for maid service to have them just fold up the sheets and not change the sheets. Asked if they could store our luggage on the last day as our flight was at 7pm and check out was 11 am, to have the lady says don't think so we might be busy /full with everyone else's luggage... do NOT waste your money or time... there is more on the list but you get the idea

We made the mistake at looking at the pictures and not the reviews - BIG MISTAKE!!! They advertize one name while the property had a different name alltogether! The difference between pictures and reality is Sky to Earth! Hotels.com team please verify somehow and find the deceivers. I never had a problem with the other properties we booked with you. Please do not let your reputation get tarnished by liars!

BEWARE! DON’T STAY! I wish I had read the reviews before booking because this was the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the unfriendly staff to the stained sheets that appeared to have dried fecal matter on them, the entire stay was disgusting. When we reported the condition of the first room, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t any better. The toilet paper rolls in the replacement room had pink discoloration all over them, which raised serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and sanitation standards. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable staying there. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to provide a refund, leaving us with no choice but to endure one night from hell before checking out as soon as possible. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guest concerns made this an experience I would never wish on anyone. If you’re looking for a place that feels barely suitable for habitation, this is it. TERRIBLE would be an understatement. Save yourself the frustration, money, and stress—stay somewhere else.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, the room we reserved for my family was not available. We had specifically booked a room with three queen beds, but instead were given two rooms with double beds, which was not comfortable for my family. We were then offered two king suites, but unfortunately, the issues continued: • One of the rooms had a strong mold smell. • The bed sheets had visible stains. • Under the bed, we found a used condom, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness. • There was no bed cover for the pull-out bed. This level of cleanliness and the failure to honor our original booking are unacceptable for a family stay. We expect a full explanation of how this happened, as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused. Please respond promptly to address this matter.

The room was not cleaned even after I requested housekeeping. The bed was far too small for two adults to sleep comfortably. The room was extremely noisy. I could hear neighbours clearly, including people arguing outside and a baby crying in the room next to mine, making it difficult to rest. The elevator also raised serious safety concerns. The doors did not appear to respond properly to obstruction, and the elevator stopped with a very abrupt brake at the top floor, which caused passengers to lose their balance. This should be inspected and addressed to ensure guest safety. Another inconvenience was the lack of a public washroom in the lobby for guests or visitors to use. There is no door safety lock chain. Overall, my stay was disappointing due to the poor housekeeping, uncomfortable room, excessive noise, safety concerns with the elevator, and lack of basic guest facilities.

Place is run down. Not takin care of. Defiantly not run to the standards of a Canadian business. Would not recommend staying here. Spend and extra $50 and stay in a place that has cleanliness standards.

It was 32 degrees outside, the AC did not work. Picked up phone to call the front desk and it didn’t work. The TV reception was horrible! When I checked out and mentioned the AC:The person told me that I would have to have the AC turned on by the front desk. No where was there a sign to state this information. But one would think that when it’s 32 degrees the AC would be automatically switched on

It was grously terrible. Even staff at the front expressed their frustration by saying that they hear this a lot and the owner don't take any action. Filthy, nasty carpet. Broken door knobs, falling drop ceiling.

Elevator not too convenient. Walked to opposite end from office. It was quite dirty and needed repair. Breakfast was not overly good as there was no juice and margarine in a tub for toast. Went to pick up a banana and the fruit flies were disgusting. Room was clean but lacked a suitcase bench and there was no clock in the room. TV was good.

Could have been great but was not.

First we were given a smaller room than I had upsized to, then the woman at the desk, yelled at my 12yr old daughter as she didn't think my girls were mine and actually my children. She wanted photo idea and insisted that they produce photo I'd. Then started complaining about how little they get when booked through Expedia, and proceeded to want to charge me an extra $28 for my first, which in their Expedia ad, it stated up to 3 children. I gave in at $23. I'll never be back.
