Check in was fast and easy. Our first room wasn't the best. Only 2-3 meters from the building next door, the room phone didn't work and the body wash was empty. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn't movethe first day but after a wonderful breakfast t the hotel, they moved us to a new corner room that was perfect The resort has a great 3rd floor terrace suitable for nice sunset drinks orand small bites. There is a nice 2 lane lap pool, sauna and a functional gym with a few weight machines, free weights up to 20kg dumbbells and a variety of cardio machines Great location near the Paris end of Collins Street and close to bars, restaurants and the theatre district Staff were very helpful and willing to assist when asked Highly recommend the hotel
