The hotel is well outdated. Needs a whole new refacing. The area around the hotel is terrible. Very sketchy. Day & Night. Hundreds of Homeless and if you turn at the wrong street.. who knows how you're gonna get out. The Breakfast was ok.. I loved the pressure of the shower. That was actually the best thing in this entire hotel. Would I ever come back to this hotel? HELL NO!! I wouldn't recommend it neither!

Localização ótima para quem quer conhecer pontos turísticos. Café da manhã ok, quarto ok. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, solícitos e educados. Camareiras, recepção, café da manhã, seguranças.. todos muito bem treinados. Pra quem não vai passear o dia todo e não precisa de uma estrutura de lazer no hotel, a hospedagem é maravilhosa.

O hotel e bem localizado, no centro perto de tudo, o cafe da manhã é bom mais poderia melhorar com itens de melhor qualidade, agora a programação da TV é horrível só pega 3 canais e assim mesmo chuviscando, parece que voltamos no tempo antigo com transmissão analogica.

Elevadores nao da vazao para a quantidade de hospedes no final de semana, pq sempre tem evento no hotel e fica lotado. Muito barulho de pombo nas janelas e barulho no corredor, isso dificultava um sono mais tranquilo. Fora isso, tudo ok. Cafe da manha estava muito bom e quartos bem limpos.

O hotel é um clássico 3 estrelas, atendimento na recepção com frieza e só depois de pedir o checkout pela troca do quarto que entrava vento num dia frio em São Paulo não atendida anteriormente que atenderam. A ducha não tinha água quente pela manhã. Tomei banho morno. Café da manhã é bom, mas sempre está cheio, as vezes tem fila. A localização é central, porém os arredores é meio feio.
