The place is okay for the price, but unfortunately I have to say that their customer service is not good and really unhelpful. You can only reach them through WhatsApp messages — no calls — and every time you write, a different person replies. Overall, they seem quite disorganized.
When I asked where I could find a new set of bedsheets, the first answer I got was: “What happened to yours?” which felt indiscreet and inappropriate. Then someone else told me I could find them in the basement… without actually giving me the code to the locker. I had to send another message, and yet another person finally gave me the proper instructions.
They also provided only four coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, even though I had booked six nights. When I asked where I could get more pods (I was even willing to pay), they simply said they couldn’t help and couldn’t give me any more. Important to note: there’s no vending machine in the building. So there’s no way to buy coffee pods for their machine, no wine, no snacks — nothing. I’ve never seen that before.
Also worth mentioning: there’s no washing machine or dryer in the building, and they don’t offer any external laundry service. So you’re invited to stay for a long stay, but you basically have access to no services and can barely even get fresh bedsheets or towels. Not to mention that they give you two pillows that are paper-thin, with no way to request extra.
They need to up their game.
