My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Tankaman. We stayed at the Cabin with Spa inside and what a treat! Beautiful property, with natural swimming pool, steam sauna, "ufuro", etc. The staff is very well trained and available to pretty much do anything you want after a short phone call of WhatsApp message, including setting up any meal at your Cabin. They do not charge corkage fees so bring your own wine. Breakfast is served at any time and it is amazing! Close to the breakfast area, you also have a dry sauna and a swiming pool. Lastly, there were two internal hikes (1-2 miles) which are worth exploring. We will definitely be back. Thanks Tankamana!

Chalé limpo, rouparia de qualidade, amenidades satisfatórias, contudo apresentava forte cheiro de "queimado", certamente por conta da lareira utilizada pelo hóspede anterior. Toda a roupa ficou defumada. O cheiro incomodou bastante na hora de dormir. Equipe de funcionários extremamente prestativa. Um café da manã maravilhoso, diferenciado! No geral, a pousada carece de manutenção como um todo. Está muito descuidada! Uma pena, pois ela conta com instalações e piscinas que com as devidas manutenções seriam mais aprazíveis.

Nos hospedamos na Casa da Árvore, que é uma acomodação única e maravilhosa. Todo o quarto é gostoso, com varanda, jacuzzi, e muito verde e natureza. O quarto não oferece cafeteira, chaleira, nada. Não é suprido com taças, bons copos ou ítens que você venha a precisar. A colcha da cama estava suja e cheio de cabelos, o que é uma nojeira tremenda, Falei com a equipe de funcionários que de pronto fizeram a troca da roupa de cama e também procuraram nos compensar a respeito deste mal estar. O colchão não tem uma proteção decente para o lençol e a base da cama está estourada e furada. A área da pousada é toda muito bonita, bem cuidada, tudo é muito gostoso e a equipe tanto de acomodação quanto de restaurante são ótimas. É impossivel uma pessoa ir a esta pousada e não gostar, só que acho que poderiam melhorar o que descrevi aqui neste relato.

Staff super prestativo e atenciosíssimos, a Thays nos recebeu maravilhosamente bem. Algumas coisinhas e comodidades poderiam ser inseridas e incrementadas, coisas tipo um bom espelho no Chalé, um aquecedor portátil no banheiro (piso frio), um opção de separar ou dimerizar a iluminação de led. TV um pouco maior pela distância da cama e que a cama seja única ao invés de duas de solteiro juntas. No mais tudo perfeito.... recomendo demais!

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! A equipe super prestativa, o quarto maravilhoso e o local com uma natureza exuberante! O café da manhã não tem horário limite, as refeições podem ser servidas no quarto. É uma pousada para ir e ficar lá pois é distante do centro de Itaipava. Recomendo para viagem romântica.

A unica coisa que temos que reclamar na pousada foi a questão do cheiro da acomodação. Um cheiro muito forte de guardado, onde eu e minha esposa tivemos que tomar antialérgico, pois termos alergia. Isso nos custou de não conseguirmos dormir direito os dois dias. Avisamos o ocorrido no dia que chegamos e não tivemos solução. Muito ruim a experiência.
