Only drawback no fridge in room. Apart from that all good. Cold aircon, clean sheets, clean room. Nice small buffet breakfast. Lovely pool area. Friendly staff.

PROS: Check-in process was quick and easy. I was given a room 'upgrade' but the only obvious differences to previous stay were a Queen Bed rather than two singles and the room was poolside and easier to access than a room on the upper level. Other facilities appeared exactly the same. The upgrade was appreciated as I came with 3 large suitcases.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Convenient location to businesses in Sunset Road Kuta.
CONS: This bathroom also had a significant water leak leaving bathroom floor perpetually wet. Rated the facilities as a 2 as the towel placed on the floor at main hotel entrance doorway can be extremely slippery. I have nearly fallen on exiting the building on two occasions. Definitely a safety issue.

A bit of a distance from the main area od Kuta, but very close to Carrefour which offers practically anything of your need including souverniers, which was even cheaper than negotiated price ib Ubud. You can doen whole fay exploring local stuffs there and hire a taxi to travel Kuta one day and another day in Ubud. Staffs are friendly and we were welcomed with nicely chilled drinks during check-in. Though the bathroom has a room for improvement and beakfast was of limited selection probablly due to off-season, our oveall experience was good and certainly recommend for other travelers :)

Ci hanno spostato in un altro loro hotel, perchรจ le camere in quello prenotato erano in ristrutturazione. Cosรฌ ci siamo ritrovati piacevolmente vicino al mare e ci hanno anche offerto una cena, molto misera ma buona.
I had to spend few hours before my flight and had a tight budget so booked this hotel for a day. It was alright by all means but the bathroom and amenities were very old (not that I had to use those anyways).
Room was alright. Staff were friendly.

This hotel was nice and clean, food was reasonably priced and tasty,
The pool was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, I will 100% stay there again.
There is nothing close by, I walk around the hotel trying to find a 7 eleven or a cafe or a shop and there was nothing, at 10.00am there was a fresh Payaya. If you don't book breaky, you are out of luck as I was told I could not order room service till 11.00, I ordered a bali coffee which cost Rp50,000 I nearly gave it back, the room clean but the linen stained. The shower small but when the hot water kicks in it's good, I just don't think Aussies on a whole would be comfortable here. I think I am a pretty average aussie and been coming to Bali for forty years, I have stayed in different places every year, recommend to pay an extra $10 and go closer to Legian.
