Disappointments and one Pro

Disappointing! You must wear a bathing cap in the pool and you have to rent one for 3 euro. In our rooms the WiFi was kept dropping and one of our rooms did not have it. Positive - beds were comfortable

Staff and Service were great very welcoming and friendly and if you have kids they will make you feel at home. Only downside was the breakfast and not having our towels changed daily. In the land of fruits and coffee we had a better time to buy some at the local market. Fruits will taste great at the local market, avoid supermarkets for fruits. Otherwise free parking outside the resort was ok depending on which hours you leave and comeback. I recommend walking from the resort to the city as it can be very challenging to park next to the beach and the local police will fine you mercilessly, It didnt happen to us but local police work 24/7 so you better park in local train stations and walk a bit. Again a big thank you for the staff, my pregnant wife forgot her phone in her room and we were about to leave and they were running across the parking to give it back to us, Thank you again ! :)

The AC was broken - hotter inside then outside. They kept on insisting that people were working on it. Defensively, the woman at the front office suggested that is was warm because the door is open to outside. And I said “Yes, I know because it is cooler outside. I am aware that the hotel keycard and doors stop the AC from running. We ran it all night and it does’t work.” It was nearly impossible to sleep in that room. And after 24 hours of no resolution to fix the AC, provide a fan or suggest an alternative, we left early and asked for a refund. They told me to talk to Expedia who wrote up a request for refund. No answer. Very poor customer service. And this is NOT a 4-star resort, it is a run down 2-star timeshare.

Hôtel bien placé excentré du centre ville mais à 15min à pied avec restaurants à proximité. Parking gratuit devant mais trop petit par rapport à la capacité d'accueil de l'hôtel du coup si pas de place l'hôtel dispose d'un parking sous terrain mais payant à 10€ la journée, c'est horriblement cher. D'ailleurs tout est payant ensuite à l'intérieur. Prévoir des bonnets de bain pour la piscine sinon vendus 3€ le bonnet! La literie est inconfortable et appartement grand avec grande terrasse mais qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Piscine grande avec beaucoup de transat. Petit déjeuner à 12€. Globalement pour une ou 2 nuits ça passe.

Aufenthalt im Ai Pozzi

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Super Service. Einzig der Internetzugang war schlecht. Oft gab es keine Verbindung oder nur eine „unsichere“. Und schade war noch, dass der Pool so lange nicht geöffnet war. Freundliche Grüsse

Dårlig vedlikeholdt sted der både dusj/bad og kjøkken ikke ble rent etter vask. Fuktig kjellerluft i leilighet - vi hadde leilighet på bakkeplan. Kun stoler til 2 av 4 på terasse. Manglet bestikk. Basseng stengt 2 av våre 3 dager - uten forklaring. Dagen det var åpent var det grumsete vann og grønt grums på bassengkant. Positivt med mulighet for fotball og padel.

Schlimmes Hotel!

Ein sehr großer, alter, ungepflegter Hotelkomplex. Ich würde dem Hotel höchstes einen Stern geben. Es stinkt überall nach Schimmel. In unserem Zimmer roch es nach Zigarettenrauch. Der Pool war grün und unfassbar dreckig. Das Wasser komplett trüb. Man konnte nicht mal die eigenen Beine sehen.Die Gäste beschwerten sich, doch die Rezeption sagte, alles sei in Ordnung. Das lustige ist… Sie zwingen, einen eine Badekappe für drei Euro zu kaufen und zu tragen, da man sonst den Pool nicht nutzen darf. Grund dafür sei Hygiene. Das Restaurant und das Frühstück war unfassbar. Dreckig, keine Auswahl, minderwertige Speisen. Es war einfach ekelhaft. Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir dort nur eine Nacht verbracht haben.

Готель в цілому не поганий. Сподобалося, що номер має кухню та балкон. На рецепції завжди допоможуть, приємні працівники. Вечірня програма проводилася італійською, різноманітна, сподобалося відчуття, наче ти у гостях в колі великої італійської родини. Ми брали підземний паркінг, так були впевнені у безпеці авто, але вулиця як і саме місто здалося дуже спокійним. З балкону було видно море, це великий плюс. Стосовно мінусів: При заїзді у номер він був поверхнево чистий, але все ж у готелі 4 зірки хотілося бачити більше свіжості та чистоти. Номер для трьох був замалий, додаткове ліжко стояло просто посеред кімнати, вийти на балкон було дуже проблематично. Готель прописує, що постояльці повинні сортувати сміття, при цьому є лише одне відро для сміття і ніяких вказівок до того, що саме і як треба сортувати. Це дуже не зручно. Якщо ти вирішив не брати сніданки, то не можливо випити каву на барі до 10 години ранку. Це було дуже не зручно, адже перший трансфер на море о 9:00 і до цього часу хотілося посмакувати смачною кавою біля басейну. Час на морі був обмежений часом трансферу, він був зранку з 9 до 12 та після обіду з 15 до 18, якщо не вкладаєшся у цей час будеш йти пішки більше кілометру наверх по вузенькій вулиці з активним рухом транспорту. Купання у басейні у шапочках не дуже зручно і не дуже зрозуміло, адже сам басейн все ж знаходиться не у самому гарному стані і щовечора його чистили автоматично. В цілому ми вдячні працівникам готелю за гарний час та бажаємо процвітання.

Vores 2. Besøg på det her skønne lejlighedshotel. Vi holder meget af at være der - stor ren pool, og altid en ledig solseng! 😍 Værelserne er fine i størrelsen, og vi havde den hyggeligste terrasse. Eneste minus denne gang var at air con gik under regnvejr et par gange. Men de fik det fikset nogenlunde hurtigt 👍 Opmærksomhedspunkter hvis du ikke har været der før: Det er en lejlighed du tjekker ind i - der er ikke rengøring imens du er der og du har de håndklæder du har. Der er køkkenting, men få - så tag evt. lidt ekstra med. Der er gratis parkering, men hvis du vil have en kølig bil kan du parkere indenfor for 10euro pr, døgn. Husk hætte i poolen Prøv frokosten i baren - den har god kvalitet. Hvis du skal have en hurtig, god og billig Pizza, så prøv Pizzaria Zero nede i byen.

Family vacation hotel

Pretty good hotel for a short family stay. It does show some wear around the pool but overall pretty good. The buffet in the restaurant is overpriced. 25 euro is abit much and for kids 15 euro is 7,50 euro to high.

Nice hotel, Good pool area. But you must have a bath cape in the pool….15-20min to walk to beach or city center. We drove down, no problem to find parking and the hotel has shuttle service. We recommend it a lot
