Good staff and breakfast, location is fair, room was clean but it was not conditioned properly and it was noisy which makes it not appropriate for rest. Generally the hotel should be considered as average 3 star hotel

The room temperature was stuck at 77°F (25°C), which was too hot for me, so if you need a cooler room to sleep comfortably, this might not be the place for you. The internet was unreliable—constantly disconnecting, and even when connected, it was either extremely slow or not working at all. Out of three elevators, only one seemed to work most of the time, and during busy hours it could take up to 15 minutes to get on. The restaurant’s air conditioning didn’t work for most of our stay, and there was no air conditioning in the lobby either. On the positive side, the staff were polite and friendly. A welcome basket of fruits was a lovely gesture, and we received bottled water every day. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the neighborhood seemed unsafe based on what I heard, and the hotel is located far from most attractions.

Well the hotell was really good if you are mostly interested in comfort and service. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was big and very clean. The only bad thing was the breakfast buffer which i think was not good enough for 5star hotel.

The only person who does a great job in that location is just the cleaning lady. She did a excellent job. She’s so nice and the breakfast was really good other than that the Internet was bad transportation bad communication with the teams really bad. Nice hotel

Overall nice hotel for the cost. Location is close to the Ataturk Airport but nothing else really in the area. Breakfast was very good. Room service dinner was very good and excellent price. As this is a traditional conservative Islamic hotel there is not a bar or any alcoholic drinks available. Staff was very helpful but as with most things I have found in Turkey, the ability to speak English is limited.This can make it difficult at times but manageable.

I only stayed there for 2 days but it was THE WORSE 2 days. The hotel looked good, but the small of swear was strong once you opened the hotel door. Then there was a smell of funky feet. They needed to clean the carpet. The first night the electric went out for several hours( more than 6), then it took several more for the internet to come back on. The TV service went out several times for several hours. No Internet, No TV left me with time for the pool. The area was nice. THAT was the best thing at the hotel. It was hot in the room and the settings for the air was 27. Since when is 27 a good temperature for a room in the summer. I tried to change it and even asked someone to help but I got brushed off with a rude remark. I was sweating both nights. The breakfast was good and the room service food was tasty as well, The thing is both phones in the room didn't work so I had to go down, order the food and THEN they would deliver :( NOT a 5-star hotel.

очень хорошо, но есть минусы

плюсы: очень просторный и удобный номер, хорошая качественная мебель, выглядит дорого, хоть и наверняка не новая. Удобная кровать - спал с удовольствием. Всё очень солидно и позволяет не только отдыхать, но и работать - большой удобный стол, устойчивый и быстрый интернет. Отличный разнообразный завтрак (хоть и турецкий) - не хватает рыбы и свинины. Минусы: на ужине всего 3 блюда на выбор - салат капрезе, суп дня и жареные куриные ножки. Нет алкоголя в принципе. На завтраке навязчивая дама пыталась срочно у меня выспросить мнение об отеле, но говорить с полным ртом мне неудобно и невежливо, а прервать еду и начать с ней разговор - никакого желания. Большой и неожиданный минус - отсутствие в номере бокалов/стаканов/рюмок. Есть вода, но пить её можно только из пластиковой бутылки. Не страшно, конечно, но не солидно. Ещё я бы минусом назвал отсутствие мини-бара. Место под него есть, но всё пусто. Солидность номера сразу падает и отдаёт дешевизной.
