Excellent hotel. The fellow at the front desk was very helpful and had a pretty good command of English. The shower had hot water, the room was clean, and despite being in the center of Aguas Calientes was reasonably quiet. We missed our train and had to stay a day longer in the village and this last minute stay was better than our previous planned one

It was not a good experience staying here and I would not recommend this hotel for any reason. The biggest issues I had were the poor design and lack of maintenance. The bathroom had no ventilation and was covered in black mold, I’ll post pictures to show this. As someone with a severe mold allergy, these are not acceptable conditions. Just spending a couple minutes in there was enough to give me a headache and the smell was immediately noticeable. If I had stayed longer than a night, I would for sure have gotten sick here. Obviously it’s a very uncomfortable feeling when the bathroom is too disgusting for me to even be able to take a shower in. Besides this, the hotel is on a noisy street with loud music until around midnight. For anyone trying to get a good nights sleep, people in the hotels start getting up around 5am and the hallway lights start blasting into the room through the unblocked window above the door. Even the light from the TV was so bright I had to unplug it. Please see my pictures so you can understand better. Fortunately the staff was at least nice and the breakfast decent.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral und bietet einiges an Komfort. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit warmen Decken ausgestattet. Das Bad hat schön heißes Wasser. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und wird speziell für einen auf Wunsch zubereitet. Einen Stern Abzug weil die Fenster verzogen sind und sich dadurch nicht komplett schließen lassen. Dadurch war es insbesondere nachts sehr laut.
