I treated myself to this place. My room was very nicely furnished. The resort is excellent. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff at reception and in the dining room were excellent. It was a nice surprise at poolside to see the hot air balloons take to the air on the other side of the river.

It rained during our stay and this was the perfect place to be. We enjoyed a lazy day sitting on our balcony watching the clouds dance around the mountains in between the rain showers. We ate all our meals at the on-site restaurant (which we normally wouldn’t do) and really enjoyed trying all the different Lao dishes they prepared. This must be the best place to stay in Vang Vieng.

This hotel is the best choice in Vang Vieng if you have the option. The rooms, grounds and dining are all excellent, but the best is the staff. Kai at the front desk was so helpful and professional. She really made my stay more than perfect! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. And to do the balloon ride with Above Laos - my trip highlight!

Great hotel in great location

We stayed for four nights and were upgraded to a Deluxe room which is 32m2 (same size as classic) on the ground level with pool view and outside seating area. Very comfortable king bed, small sitting area and a large bathroom. Shower is in bath, so may not suit everyone. Pool is very refreshing. There are about 22 sun lounges and we never had a shortage during our 4 nights stay. Very serene views of the river and limestone mountains in the background make it a very relaxing place to cool off after a day out and about. Breakfast is buffet style with egg station. Plenty of options to suit most people with different menu items each day. Fresh juices were great, never had avocado before but it was my favourite. Veth and Yurr (trainee) looked after us with great care and attention. We were never short of freshly brewed coffees, teas or water. Used plates were cleared frequently and quickly. Overall we had a lovely stay and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

We were first greeted by Air who welcomed us warmly and helped us with many practical things throughout our stay. The restaurant was amazing, we never ate anywhere else and we’re looking forward to each meal. Never ate the same thing twice. Pool was excellent and massages too. Passamos três noites muito agradáveis aqui! O hotel é muito bem localizado, a 10 minutos a pé do centro, à beira do rio e com lindas vistas das montanhas. Quarto bem decorado e espaçoso, muito limpo e confortável. Cama e travesseiros ótimos, roupa de cama e banho de qualidade! Otimas amenidades. O jardim é lindo!!! O café da manhã oferece grande variedade e ovos feitos na hora. Usamos o spa duas vezes que também foi muito bom! A equipe toda muito atenciosa! O destaque vai para o Air, da recepção, que nos recebeu muito bem e nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos, e também para a equipe do café da manhã, Kid e Po que nos receberam todas as manhãs com muita atenção e um sorriso muito especial, fazendo nossos dias começarem com muita leveza!! Liegt wunderschön am Fluss, an dem das Leben der Einheimischen zu beobachten ist. Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, mit hübscher Terrasse und bequemen Betten. Vor allem auch der Kaffee aus der French Press ist toll! Pool, Bar und Restaurant sind ebenfalls sehr ansprechend. Die Cocktails und das feine Essen sind ein weiteres Highlights. Der Sevice ist total nett und zuvorkommend.
