Great location and very pretty from outside. Some rooms at little dated and in new of TLC, but would still use hotel again.

The hotel is old and must have been grand once. It’s quirky due to age as you can expect. I could smell dog when I went into the reception. There is no parking. The rooms were ok, the bathroom was squashed and was really old and tired. there was a previous guests dirty sock under our bed. The games room was shut, breakfast was good.

Excellent Customer Service

Business trip for one night. Room was comfortable, breakfast was great. However, the best part was when I desperately needed to work and print some documents ready for a presentation, I was having a terrible time getting everything to work. Member of staff on duty Patricia looked after me amazingly, coffee, helped me find cable etc....above and beyond, excellent service, thank you Patricia for turning a bad day into a better one !

Whenever we are going to Worthing we always try to stay at the Chatsworth Hotel. We like it's location being near to the pier bus station and cinema. Some say it is a old fashion hotel but we like it that way.

Our family had a delightful stay last night at Chatsworth Hotel. Eva was wonderful in settling us in and assisting us with storing our 5 bikes safely. A beautifully maintained and clean hotel room with a lovely view of Worthing Pier. A convenient position near the seafront and easy access to the town centre.

On arrival staff were rude and unhelpful. Could see into other people's bathrooms as they were getting out of the shower. Hotel is in a great location and looks beautiful. Cleaning staff were polite and helpful. Emailed a complaint and the GM replied offering a free upgrade if we returned.

Ideal location if you are walking. Near all major stores and metres from the sea and pier. Cheaper rooms are at the back and overlooking bus depot, although not too noisy. TV didn't work, but I didn't use it and I reported it on check-out.
