I love the location! The staffs are friendly and try to do everything to make our stay as comfortable as can be. There are 3 YouBike rental stations within a few minutes of walking…one diagonally across from our hotel. There is a good Taiwanese food place 2doors down, and a 24 hour coin laundry place about 3 minutes walk from the hotel! I will go back again the next time I’m in Taipei!

Check-in, Check-out The check-in and check-out process was smooth and english friendly. Area and Transportation The hotel is within a 10 minute walk to the Ximen shopping area, Ximen train station, and some convenience stores. At night, the area is relatively quiet and I had no issues with noise while trying to sleep. Amenities The hotel states that they do not provide any health amenities (shaving cream, razors, etc.) so you must provide your own. This includes hand soap, however, they do provide a dispenser for body soap and shampoo in the shower. However, when leaving the hotel, I noticed that the cleaning staff's cart contained disposable razors, so I'm not sure why they were not distributing them. Room and Bed The room is relatively small so those with large suitcases beware. There's not much room to place luggage and there isn't a suitable table for work on the computer if you intended to do any. The bed was very comfortable and had good blankets. The room contains a thermostat that states you can do both heat and AC, however, I did not find the option for heat to work.
