Never a wait for shared bathrooms. Breakfast was very good. Clean room. Beds were too firm for our comfort. Nice location.

The staff were wonderful - helpful and very friendly. Pillows in my room were very old and clumpy with some of the pillow cases stained with sweat. And there was a big hole in the ceiling above my bed where the sprinkler is. Not ideal. Construction across the street was VERY loud and started right at 7am making it impossible to grt any rest. However the lovely girl at the desk gave me a couple Tylenol for my headache which was kind. Overall far from perfect but, it was the most cost effective stay I vould find in the downtown area so it was manageable for one night.
