The check-in service was excellent—smooth and comfortable. The staff member who assisted us spoke fluent English and was incredibly helpful. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The highlight was the stunning lake view, which made our stay even more special. As for the dining experience, the buffet offered a delicious variety of dishes—everything we tried was absolutely yummy!
